東京の電車内って混み過ぎからトラブルが多い。 [社会問題]
常々思う事に、東京の電車内って、アホみたく混む事である。
４月になると地方から上京してくる人が、多数います。
その際、東京の常識を身をもって知る事になります。
山手線は次から次へとドンドンと電車が流れてきます。
それでも、人がどこからともなく人が現れます。
そういった意味でも、女性だけじゃなく男性も被害者となるのだと思います。
なぜかと言うと、「触った触ってない」の言い合いです。
触っていなくても誤って触ってしまう事もあり得る訳です。
触りたくて触っている人もいるかもしれませんが、
法を犯してまで、触ろうとする人は９９％いないでしょう。

に載っていた記事が有り、興味深かったのですが、
触った触ってないのえん罪事件で、長い人は１年も裁判に費やすのです。
社会的損害も大きいです。
あんな閉鎖された空間に閉じ込められると、絶対に諍（いさか）いが起きます。
もっと鉄道会社も工夫ができないものかと常々思います。
まあ、女性側もムシャクシャしていて、こいつを犯人にしてしまおう！という、
ウソをつく人もいるのは事実だと思います。
そのウソによってどれだけの人に社会的損害が被るのか考えて欲しいものです。
男性も女性もこれはお互い加害者にも被害者にもならないようにして欲しいものです。
