私自身、タバコは吸わないのですが、
診療報酬改定で医療保険適用対象となった禁煙指導で2割が挫折したとの事。
　
そもそも、タバコを吸い始めたきっかけが、「カッコいいから」とか、
「先輩に勧められて」などであったと思います。
私は、楽器をやっている関係上、また定期的に水泳をやっていた関係上、
タバコを吸うということにはならなかった。
　
タバコをやめられない理由は、やはりタバコが安いからついつい買ってしまうのが、
理由ではないでしょうか。
　
３００円そこそこのタバコであれば、今の物価で買ってしまうのは予想がつきます。。
　
財務省がJTの所轄官庁であることも問題です。
厚生労働省が禁煙化を奨めているのに、財務省は反旗を振っている、
なんともお粗末な国だと思います。
　
嗜好品とはいえ、健康増進法で色々と「きまり」が作られています。
　
日本のタバコが諸外国より安いのも、これらが上手く行っていない、
結局は税金の無駄遣いです。

この図からみて、英米諸国並みに税金をタバコにかけないと、
禁煙率が減らないとおもいます。

最近は、20代の女の子の喫煙率が高い気がします。
男性より女性の方が、すっているんじゃと思う程です。
　
特にギャル系の子に多いですね。
私個人的にですが、みていてみっともないし、
コッコよくもない。「コッカわるい」です。
　
健康に良くないですし、ファッションではないです。
