定款変更しようかな。。 [音楽]
今の会社の定款だと不十分な気がします。
確かにイベントの開催＋広告代理店では不十分です。
ようは何を追加したいか。
「芸能事務所（興行）業」＋「情報記録物製造」です。
そこで、調査しました。
芸能事務所の定款を参考にしました。
帝国データバンクで色々調べると、
吉本興業で、「劇団」
株式会社ホリプロも「劇団」
宇多田ヒカルの会社が「劇団」扱い。
定款的には「放送番組の制作業」「著作権の管理」最後は「上記に付帯する業務」でしめますがね。
エーベックスやソニーミュージックなんかも「情報記録物製造業」ですからね。
まあ、３万円出して文体を整えれば受理してもらえますからね。
まあ、「情報記録物製造業」であれば、アダルトビデオの製造から環境ビデオ、テレビコマーシャル、テレビ局の下請けまでなんでも出来ちゃいますからね。
