スチールパートナーズは日本から撤退せよ！ [経済産業]
スチールパートナーズ関連のニュースが今日は多かった。
私自身日本にある外資系のファンド屋は日本市場をメチャメチャにしている訳だ。
政府は日本を豊かにする上でも、外資系ファンドは日本で商売出来ない様に、
法規制をつくるべきではないかと思っています。
さて、その中でも、スチールパートナーズはろくでもない企業だと思う訳です。
この会社は電話をしても会社情報を教えてくれる訳でもなく、
会社概要等のホームページはない。
whoisを参照する限りは、メールアドレス等は動いているようだが、
ホームページがない。
ここの代表取締役は1966年生まれで、ペンシルバニア大学卒のウォレン・リヒテンシュタイン (Warren Lichtenstein)氏らしい。
実態がよくわからん。
法務局に行って登記簿でも参照したり、株の大量保有報告書でも参照でもしないかぎり、実態が不明だ。
まあ、登記簿を調べた所で、whoisに載って居る情報程度しかない（っというかwikipediaの情報が最大限調べてある情報）だと思います。
よう分からん会社だ。スチールパートナーズは。
というか、質問状は邦文で書けよな。日本で法人登記している会社なら...。
