正直、「小坂敏幸」という人の裁判官としての資質を疑います。
高等裁判所、最高裁判所には良識ある、裁判を望みます。
従って、最高裁判所が、ブタ箱に堀江氏や宮内氏を入れる様な、判決をしたのなら、
有無言わず、次の国民審査で、バツをつけます。
「小坂敏幸」という人間を裁判官に任命した、上司である、高等裁判所である、最高裁判所にも、非が有る訳です。
