東京の丸井、北海道の丸井今井について。 [経済産業]
首都圏や北海道で百貨店の事を「マルイ」と言えば、百貨店を思い浮かべると思います。
北海道の丸井：http://www.marui-imai.co.jp/
首都圏の丸井：http://www.0101.co.jp/
会社はまったく関連会社ではないが、
北海道の丸井の方が、老舗で、
首都圏の丸井の方が、月賦販売の店として発展したものであるが。
結局は、この「マルイ」と言うブランドは、ある分野においては、
家業の目の敵なのですが、その他の分野はどうでもいいのですが....。
さて、結局何を言いたいかというと、「伊勢丹の関連会社」よりは、
首都圏の丸井の完全子会社化でもしてくれた方が、
北海道全体の利益になるんだ思います。
理由としては、田舎ブランドの北海道の丸井よりは、
東京と同じ、丸井（0101）ブランドの方が、起業的にもブランド的にも価値が、
上だと思います。
私自身、北海道の丸井（丸井今井）、首都圏の丸井（0101）の、
株主ではないですが、両者の企業的価値をあげる意味では、
看板の立て替えで、首都圏のブランドが北海道にも上陸する事も、
あるいみ、プラスなのではないでしょうかね。
株主であればそう提案しますがね。。。
