リニアモーターカー建設はJRの責任

今日はリニアモーターカーについて書きたいと思います。

国や自治体が建設を主導する事がまずおかしい。
JR東海などJR東日本、西日本は、株が市場に流れている、株式会社なのです。
したがって、国や自治体が「一営利法人」の商売の為に税金をつぎ込むのはおかしな話です。
税金でやるのなら、国自治体が株主の国営会社を作るしかないですよ。
そもそも、JR発足の理由が、国鉄の赤字体質の改善と、民間経営による業務の効率化です。
　
現状、東京〜大阪は鉄道、自動車、飛行機で行けますが、
現状では非常にバランスよく経営されている状況です。
JR東海は経営を間違わなければ、対抗の飛行機陣営には負けない部分が有ると思います。
　
それにしても、北海道新幹線などをはじめとして、
本来はJRが主導で行うべきものを「国（議員）」の圧力でやるのはどうかと思います。
高速道路もそうです。
一部の利権のある代議士がこういうむ無駄遣いをするから、日本全体がよくならないのです。
つまりは、民間の努力で経営していかないと駄目なんですがね....。

上記の理屈で飛行場はＪＡＬやＡＮＡが，フェリーターミナル（港湾）は，船会社が，高速道路は運輸・バス会社が全部自己資金で造れといえれば，貴方の考えに同意してもいいですよ。

ねこいぬさん、通りすがりご意見ありがとうございます。
箱もの行政の弊害があるので、日本が破綻しかけているのです。だから何もやらないのが、一番いい訳で、儲けたければ企業が投資と回収の法則で商売をすれば良いだけの話です。
　
JR本州3社は民間企業であり、民間企業の商売の為に税金をつぎ込む事は駄目なのです。なので、そういう事をやらない議員に総合的判断で票を入れるそれだけの話です。

財政破綻の原因を誤解しています．
誰も使わないような新幹線や高速道路，また公共施設などの箱物を政治主導で作ったことが主たる原因です．
日本の国家予算に占める公共事業の比率は，先進国中で群を抜いてます．
しかし，日本では鉄道などの公共交通は，道路と違って「自助努力」を押しつけてきました．道路はあんなに造るのにねぇ．
鉄道やバスなどにこれだけ冷たいのは，先進国ではにほんくらいなもんです．あとアメリカかな．
確かに鉄道事業者は民間ですが，やっている事業は公共性の高いものです．国でやると効率が悪いから，民間企業にして運営しているのです．ですから，本当に必要な部門には公共性の高さを鑑みて国費を投入すべきなんです．ヨーロッパなんかは基本的にこの考え方です．

確かに、高速道路建設には呆れるものもあります。
公共性とはいいますが、営利企業の営利の為に、税金をつぎ込むのはおかしな話です。資金が必要であれば、民間である、金融機関が、リスクのもと建設すべきなのではないでしょうか。
