国民審査、最高裁判所の裁判官には全員×をつけよう！！ [社会問題]
向井亜紀さんの代理出産問題で
体外受精や代理出産の是非について最高裁判所で、
最高裁判所で、判決がくだされます。
簡単に言うと、
品川区役所が受理しなく、現在も彼女のお子さんは外国人登録し米国籍のままである。
個人的には、彼女らの子として受理されるべきだと思う訳です。
さて、最高裁はどういう判決を、下すのか正直興味深いです。
さて、最高裁がもし、認めないといった判決を下すのなら、
今度の国民審査で全員にわたしは×をつけようと思います。
私も今までの国民審査は全員に×をつけました。
いまの裁判にいい意味でも、悪い意味でも、納得出来ないからです。
判決に納得出来ない事が、多く、日本国法において国民に与えられた、権利です。
わたしは、【陪審員制度は反対】です。
そのかわり、家庭裁判所、簡易裁判所、地方裁判所、高等裁判所全員を、国民審査すべきです。
つまり、国民審査の強化です。
陪審員制度の弊害は、法律の知識がない者が裁判する事、感情論で裁判が変化するです。
陪審員制度は、始まっても数年後で廃止すべきです。
それは、間違いであったと言う事で、国民審査の強化をと思う訳です。
