水泳は疲れました。

市のプールに行ってきました。
体がやはりなまっています。
１時間半程泳ぎましたが、結構疲れがでました。
自分の体力が落ちているのだと感じます。

気がついた事として、
速く泳いでも、体脂肪が落ちず、「ハーハー」息が上がるだけと解り、
ゆっくり持久した泳ぎの方が、消費エネルギーが多い様です。

定期的に通うことにします。

体を鍛えねば。
