秋葉原から背負って帰ったサーバー重かった。。 [Linux]
コンピューターのおっとさんで、
NECのラックサーバーを買ってきました。
【NEC iStorage NS420(NF8100-113)】
本体が¥52290円だったので、お買い得です。SCSIのHDDを１万500円で買いました。
実は、今日はマラソンがあり、どうなのかなという興味の元、都内にでたのです。昼からは天気がよかったですね。
今回は、自宅で色々実験の予定です。会社の経費で買いましたのでいいのですが、
Vine4.0を入れて、Bフレッツ固定IPでサーバー運用予定です。
さて、動作は軽いのですが、本体が物理的に、重たい。
いや〜、２０Kgです。米袋２つ分です。
秋葉原から神田まであるき、電車で帰りましたが、足腰にきます。
でも、ラックサーバーを担いで帰るのは、自分ではアホだなと感じました。
